Looking for guest bloggers!

I would like to start a weekly guest blog series on my blog.
The plan is to have guest bloggers on Wednesdays. I cannot promise that there will be guest blogger post here every Wednesday, but I'm hoping to get visitors coming at least couple of times per month. The feature will be called Wednesday Wonderings.

So, if you are interested in participating on Wednesday Wonderings and have thoughts you would like to share with my readers and me, please let me know. You can either comment below this post or send me an email or tweet me. My contacts can be found here.

Questions and Answers:
What could the content of my post be?
Everything about reading and book blogging: books, authors, publishing, genres, events, covers, characters, editing, news which might be interesting for others to read, excerpts, writing or reviewing process, short stories etc.

How long should the guest blog post be?
Well, 1-2 sentences would definitely not be enough. 10 A4 pages would be again too much.  Everything in between, I will consider :)

When do I need to send it to you?
Preferably latest by Tuesday, so I have time to read it through, prepare the post and set it up.

What can't I write about?
I will not post if the text is only and purely promotional, like "My book has a discount" or "This author sucks.." If your post includes a topic or thoughts about something which is related to your book/blog, then I don't mind you mentioning your book/blog. It has to have a meaningful content.

What is my benefit of writing a blog post to your blog? What do I get for it? Why should I bother doing it?

There are lot of benefits for you, depending of course if you are blogger or writer or publisher or a reader. But there are several things in common. My blog is not the biggest in the world, but it's international, I have readers approximately from 30-32 countries and approximately 200 visits per day and there are both authors, publishers, bloggers, readers you can reach. So the first benefit will definitely be spreading your name, your thoughts, your books, and your experiences. Networking is the name of the game!

The second thing what you will gain is to have an exercise of writing and expressing your thoughts. :) I think there are very few readers of this blog, who doesn't like writing. So when you have something on your mind or heart, take a pen (or probably a computer) and start writing!!!!

Last, but not least - having fun!

What do you get out of it? (That would be me)

The main aim for me doing it simple: spreading the word, love for something what I have a big passion for and that is reading. The aim is also to give people chances to show who they are, what they think about different things, what do they react to - I am a curious person by nature and I love reading what other people think of different topics.

As said, if you are interested, let me know!
